在机箱内,5W左右的发热也还行,把热分散给几个电阻分担,就不用买昂贵的水泥电阻了。其他电路没有问题。

一计不成又生一计,这次采用多谐振荡器,小电流,功耗降低了,成本稍稍有点高大约5毛钱。多谐振荡器工作在非对称情况,相当于输出固定占空比的pwm。经过仔细计算参数就行。

These are made for the domestic electric bicycle charger, the production is very large, the profit is very thin, the daily shipment is about 100k. You have to cut down on your costs.

10-20mA is very high for an idling controller.
The STC reports have it able to run ~ 2uA @ 3.3V with RTC operating.
If you can get average < 1.5mA, you can meet the international standby power standard of < 0.5W

I'm not trying to just start up only.Iwant to control directly, with outanother circuit. Do not have to run in the "idling" state.
