How to copy source code example from PDF file

I have STC8H Manual and example code, eg like section 20.8.3 Quadrature encoder mode, but select text does not support copy. It
seems silly to publish a PDF file with source code, yet then prohibit copy?
How can I copy, or find a link to the source code, in the PDF manual.

Some sources are also available in stc-isp (full version, a tiny one does not include these), so you won't be bothered by these folders with Chinese character naming

A tricky way is to print the manual via some sophisticated pdf readers, which can generate a new file with its original texts instead of pictures.
I tried that Chrome-build-in and Acrobat does not work, but there do be some readers that can help (this is not ad, so I won't state its name).

Great, thanks, did not think to look inside the ISP tools, so I can download code.
That still leaves open the question of why you cannot copy from the PDF ?  No other MCU vendor I've seen prevents that ?

Yes, going via full version stc-isp looks better for external characters.
However, note that the source code still has embedded Chinese characters.
A web link may be better, as then browser inbuilt translators can do their magic
